About Carlton Hotel
The Carlton Hotel sits high above lake St Moritz, offering some of the most spectacular views of the Engadine Valley - a position it has proudly held since opening its doors back in 1913.
The luxury five star hotel offers a collection of rooms and suites that are small in number but high in quality, ensuring a truly memorable experience for those who are lucky enough to find themselves checking in for a winter stay.
More than a match for the stunning accommodation is the fine dining that is offered across the two restaurants, one of which has two Michelin Stars, whilst there are multiple bars where you can sit and enjoy a refreshing beer or a classic cocktail after dinner.
A huge spa spread across three levels offers a range of different treatments whilst there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna and a fitness centre.
Both the centre of the resort and the nearest slopes can be accessed with ease, with a shuttle service running from the hotel.
Ski Accommodation
The Carlton provides guests with the chance to relax in luxury accommodation, the vast majority of which is based around spacious suites. There are a number of deluxe double rooms that come with a king size bed and may also include a balcony, with junior suites and larger suites providing additional space thanks to separate living and sleeping areas and multiple bedrooms. The Penthouse even includes your own private access. Rooms include hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, telephone, smart TV and Wi-Fi internet access.
Meals
The Carlton Hotel offers guests the chance to fine on high quality cuisine prepared by world class chefs, utilising the very best in ingredients from both the local area and further afield. The Restaurant Romanoff is open for both breakfast and dinner each day, with a selection of hot and cold dishes in a morning and an evening meal featuring daily changes. Dinner can also be taken in Da Vittorio - a two Michelin-starred Italian restaurant - with the option of lunch on the Sun Terrace admiring the views.
