About Ylläskaltio Hotel
Yllaskaltio Hotel is the perfect place to relax and unwind. This modern, yet simple complex has been designed with a fantastic amount of facilties for all to enjoy. From the doors of the hotel, guests can hop on to the ski bus, which stops outside, to go and explore the local area. Enjoy the ski slopes and numerous skiing opportunities or take to a snowmobile, explore the arctic circle on a reindeer drawn sleigh or take the little ones to meet Santa. Whatever you choose, you are sure to have a memorable stay.
There is a large semi-circular restaurant with high ceilings and large windows with stunning views, perfect for breakfast and dinner. The centre of Akaslompolo and the nearest supermarket are both 500 metres from the hotel. The ski lifts and ski school meeting point are both 3.5km away, approximately10 minutes drive.

All the rooms at Yllaskaltio Hotel have twin beds, shower, hairdryer, private sauna, tea/coffee making facilities, seating area, TV, mini-fridge, WiFi and cots are available on request.
Meals
A buffet breakfast is served daily from 07:00 - 10:00 and includes a selection of sweet and savoury options. Dinner is served in the style of a buffet from 17:00-19:30 with a selection of starters, mains and desserts.
