About Sporthotel Arabba
Sporthotel Arabba, which is one of the most famous in the area, provides a service that is second to none. The lounge bar is perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes, while listening to the sounds of the resident pianist. The lobby area has a warming log fire to greet you.
The Portavescovo gondola and ski lifts are only 100 metres away and the resort centre is 200 metres from the hotel. Sporthotel Arabba also has a fantastic wellness centre, with a fitness room, Finnish sauna and Bio sauna, tepidarium with water beds, caldarium, aromatic showers and whirlpool (free). A solarium, with massage and beauty treatments is available (pay locally).
All 52 rooms have pine panelling and are decorated using Tyrolean fabrics, giving a traditional Alpine feel.
Arabba is a tiny village in the heart of the Dolomites just 40 km from the Austrian border. It is nestled between the Sella Massif and the Portavescovo Mountains, towering either side of the village. In Arabba itself, skiers will find 52 km of slopes with 27 lift systems linking with other areas of the Dolomiti Superski and Sella Ronda. Once in the Dolomiti Superski area, you will find 1220 km of pisted skiing which links 4 valleys and has some of the most fantastic scenery in the whole of Italy.

It's a small traditional village, set high in the Dolomites, close to the Marmolada Glacier and with access to the much-fêted Sella Ronda and Alta Badia area - so Arabba punches above its weight with the range of its skiing.
