About Residence La Riviere Apartments
Residence La Riviere Apartments are fully equipped apartments located in the Chamonix Sud area of the resort which is pedestrianised, surrounded by shopping arcades, bars and restaurants. The bus stop for the ski areas is 100 metres from the apartments and the resort centre is only 5 minutes away. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette and balcony or terrace.
In the apartments there is WiFi available which is payable locally and In the reception area the WiFi is complimentary. Ski lockers are available for guests to use to keep their equipment safe. The resort has plenty of activities for non-skiers including Horse drawn carriage rides, husky rides, a large sports centre, swimming pool, cinema, bowling, ice rink, open air market and spa.
Chamonix is an Alpine resort set in a valley at the base of Mont Blanc. Mountain guides and ski instructors come here to qualify for their professions. There are plenty of nursery slopes for beginners to learn their skills, and you will soon be confident enough to tackle the many ski areas spread across the valley. With a varied selection of pistes, even the famous 20 km Vallee Blanche glacier run can be achieved by advanced intermediates. The backdrop of Mont Blanc and its accompanying peaks, make this a fabulous resort for your skiing holiday.
Ski Accommodation
Residence La Riviere Apartments has a total of 74 rooms. All the apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave oven, hot plates, fridge and dishwasher, enough facilities to enjoy a self catering holiday. The studio apartment sleeps 2-4 guests and has a living and dining area with double sofa bed and an alcove with bunk beds, bath/shower and a balcony or terrace.
