About Levi Cottages
Levi Cottages are comfortable cottages in a central location just 150 metres from the village centre of Levi and a supermarket. The main ski lifts are 450 metres away. The cottages have been recently refurbished to a high standard and are decorated in traditional Nordic pine.
The popular resort of Levi is a favourite for families in Finland/Lapland. Each cottage has its own sauna, fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Accommodation is on a self-catering basis, but a half-board option is available.
Levi is a great winter wonderland, offering breath-taking scenery all year round. The stunning snow-capped trees and glistening frozen lakes provide a picturesque resort that holidaymakers fall in love with. Add to this, the Northern Lights and the chance to visit Santa Claus in his hideaway, and you have the perfect holiday. Levi has 27 ski lifts including a 6 seater chair lift that serves the South ski area.
The Levi ski area is the most extensive in Finland and has 230 metres of cross country skiing, 886 km of snowmobile routes,20 km of walking routes and 43 ski runs. It is the ideal place for those learning to ski and intermediate skiers. For non-skiers, there are lots of activities to try including husky safaris, reindeer drawn sleighs, an overnight stay in a glass igloo, the perfect way to observe the Northern Lights.
Ski Accommodation
Accommodation is in 1 or 2 room cottages. All cottages have a shower, WC and sauna aswell as a fireplace, TV, DVD player and iron. The fully equipped kitchen has a full oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, toaster and drying closet, making it ideal for those who want to self cater.
Meals
Accommodation is on a self-catering basis, but a half-board option is available if pre-booked. Meals are taken at a nearby hotel.
