About Le Montana Apartments
Le Montana Apartments are located next to the piste and just 100 metres from the resort centre and ski lifts. The ski school is 2 minutes’ walk away. Le Montana Apartments are stylishly decorated and with comfortable furnishing, are a great base for a skiing holiday.
The apartments offer a spa area with sauna, Turkish bath, solarium and massage service (pay locally). There is a 24 hour reception desk with staff to assist any query you may have. The gift shop is ideal fro souvenirs to take home and the complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you in touch with those back home. Relax in the lounge with your friends and enjoy the entertainment. There is a babysitting service if you would like a night out.
Val Thorens is a purpose- built resort that is the highest in Europe. It is part of the Trois Vallees ski area covering 600 kms of linked pistes. In the past, some of the neighbouring villages disputed the claim that Val Thorens was the highest ski village in Europe, saying it was not a proper village because it didn’t have a church. To settle the argument once and for all, in 1991 they built one.
Skiing in Val Thorens is suitable for all levels of skier with the variety of slopes being amongst the best in the world. The mogul fields of the Cime de Caron and La Masse, midway down the valley and plenty of off piste runs will keep the experienced skier on their toes.
The endless red and blue runs including the long run down to the Maurienne valley, are more than enough to keep the intermediates on their toes. The resort has many wide gentle blue slopes where beginners can hone their skills and soon be able to accompany their friends on the rest of the ski area.
Ski Accommodation
Le Montana Apartments is made up of 2 and 3 room apartments, some with cabin areas.
All the apartments have a kitchenette with fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
They all have a bathroom and shower room with a WC and hairdryer.
Further facilities in the apartments include telephone, satellite TV, safe, complimentary Wi-Fi and a balcony with stunning views.
The 2 room apartments sleep 2-3 guests and have a living room with single sofa bed as well as a separate twin bedroom.
The 2 room & cabin apartments sleep 2-4 guests. These are the same as the 2 room apartments, but also have a cabin room with convertible twin beds or 2 single beds.
The 3 room apartments sleep 2-4 guests and have a living/dining room plus 2 twin bedrooms.
The 3 room & cabin apartments sleep 3-6 guests. These are the same as the 3 room apartments but also have a cabin room with bunk beds and shower room.
