About Hotel Strolz
Hotel Strolz is a lovely 4-star hotel that is centrally located in the resort of Mayrhofen, one of Austria's most popular ski resorts. Families and skiers of all abilities come back year after year, because of the many skiing opportunities and the lively resort centre that caters for families, couples and groups of friends.
The resort centre is just 300 metres away from the hotel and guests can enjoy the leisurely stroll into the village, whilst admiring the glorious mountains that tower over the resort. Skiers can take the regular ski bus to the main ski area, which is 800 metres away, where they can find the ski lifts and also a fabulous ski school and nursery slopes for the children and first-time skiers.
The cosy hotel welcomes guests and offers many great facilities to ensure that they all have an enjoyable stay. There is a large swimming pool, sauna and steam room, which are all free to use and a friendly game of table tennis is always popular with the guests.
Guests can catch up with the latest gossip back home, check their flights and plan additional excursions with the Wi-Fi that is available and a small local fee can be paid at the reception desk for this service. The hotel consists of two buildings. The main hotel building, where there are lifts to all floors and there is also a guesthouse next door.
The dining room and lounge have that traditional Austrian style throughout, but guests can be assured that they will always get that home from home feel, when staying at the Hotel Strolz.
Ski Accommodation
There are 45 rooms in total between the two buildings and are Austrian twin with an en-suite bath or shower. Each room is spacious, comfortable and they are all equipped with cable TV, in-room safe, telephone, en-suite with WC and hairdryer. Most rooms have a balcony with amazing views of the snow filled mountains.
Meals
A large variety of food in a hot and cold buffet is served for breakfast. Dinner is a 4-course evening meal with 2 choices of main dishes. Guests staying in the guesthouse will dine in the dining hall in the main building.
