About Hotel Strass
The Hotel Strass is one of the most popular hotels in Mayrhofen and benefits from a central location within the resort close to the main street and next to the main Penkenbahn lift.
That means you get easy access to the surrounding slopes and also to the lively apres-ski that is available on an evening for those who fancy eating out or grabbing a drink. You don't even have to leave the hotel if you don't want to - with various bars and a nightclub for evening entertainment on site.
A collection of bright and spacious rooms are available that provide a comfortable base for guests to relax in at the end of the day, whilst there is an impressive list of facilities on offer.
These include no fewer than three indoor pools, as well as multi-floor spa with whirlpools, steam room and sauna as well as a gym and sizeable games room with pool and table tennis tables.
A children’s playroom is also available to keep youngsters entertained.
Three restaurants mean there are various dining options available.
Ski Accommodation
The hotel offers a range of accommodation options, which includes single rooms for those travelling alone and Austrian Twin rooms that can sleep two. Larger versions of those rooms can be set up to sleep four with a double sofa bed, whilst Junior Suites that have more space and can sleep three are also offered. Some rooms have a balcony, whilst all come with TV, safe and WiFi access.
Meals
Guests can sit down to an extensive hot and cold buffet breakfast each morning, with a four-course evening meal -with three choices of main dish including vegetarian option - being available on your return from the slopes. In total, there are three restaurants within the hotel.
