Hotel Somont is situated just 50 metres from the Ciampinoi chairlift and 3 minutes from the centre of Selva. The hotel is family run and offers guests a friendly service and cosy atmosphere. Because of its location, it is ideal for ski in and out accessibility.

Selva is part of the Val Gardena region and Sella Ronda circuit in the heart of the Dolomites. The region boasts 1200 kms of perfectly groomed pistes and a modern lift system that connects all areas. Beginners can learn their skills on the nursery slopes of Selva.
After mastering the basics, skiers can then move on to the famous Sella Ronda circuit where there are ample slopes to practice their new-found skills on the 26km circuit. The more experienced skiers can take trip over to St. Cristina where the Men’s World Cup Downhill races are held every year. Here they can test their skills and wonder how the professionals make it look so easy.
