Hotel Soldeu Maistre is a very popular 4 star hotel with guests returning year after year. It is known for its extremely friendly atmosphere and beautiful furnishings. It is a family run hotel designed in a local Catalan style with attractive wood panelling.
The hotel is located away from the main road, but in the centre of Soldeu where you can enjoy the bars and restaurants on offer. The main gondola lift is 150 metres from Hotel Soldeu Maistre, giving you easy access to the slopes.
One of the main focal points here at Hotel Soldeu Maistre is the popular bar and lounge area. Guests love to relax here with a beverage after spending the day skiing.
The resort comprises four areas all connected by bus, if not via lifts, skis and snowboards. El Tarter, Incles, Bordes d'Envalira and Soldeu itself are spread out over 4kms. There's plenty for novices and intermediates with runs on open mountainsides as well as winding through the woods.
Experts will love the off-piste possibilities and moguls. The long runs down from Llosada are great for more experienced skiers and boarders, while the bowl of Riba Escorxada is fine for all abilities including the most timid.
