About Hotel Petrus
Tucked in the heart of the Kronplatz ski region in Riscone Village, the Hotel Petrus is a family-run hotel where the personal touch is a key selling point for guests.
The owners are happy to offer guided ski tours at extra cost but should you simply want a base from which to explore yourself, then you won't be disappointed.
The hotel has a collection of rooms that are spacious and comfortable with a range of amenities provided that include English TV channels, a balcony and WiFi access.
Local ingredients are a key feature of the menu for those booked on a half-board basis, with breakfast and dinner provided each day.
Facilities include a spa with outdoor and indoor heated pools, five saunas, steam room and hot tub whilst there is a play area for children to keep them entertained.
The village centre is a few minutes walk should you want to sample the apres-ski scene, whilst a ski bus stop outside provides easy access to the lifts.
If you're an expert skier sampling the Hernegg black run, you can even ski back to the hotel at the end of the day.
Ski Accommodation
The hotel has a range of double rooms available of differing sizes that can be set up to sleep up to three people, with a rollaway bed for small children. All rooms are non-smoking and have a flatscreen smart TV with English channels, a stocked minibar, slippers, hairdryer, bathrobes, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe, a telephone and free WiFi. There is also a balcony to take in the view.
Meals
The hotel works on a half board basis, with a hot and cold breakfast offered each morning with table service, and a six-course set menu evening meal. Early meals are available for children, whilst there are snacks offered in an afternoon.

Although popular with other nationalities, the large dome-shaped mountain known as Plan de Corones isn’t somewhere that is well known to ski enthusiasts – but that could all change if you decide to pay a visit.
