About Hotel Nordic
Sitting at the foot of the El Tarter slopes, Hotel Nordic is a mix of Catalan architecture and Scandinavian materials including the use of dark wood. Inside, guests will be impressed with the decor which includes historic cars and motorcycles.
Located 5 minutes from the resort centre and just 1 minute from the gondola, the hotel offers guests a range of facilities including a gym, bowling alley, games room, indoor pool and a spa centre. Meals can be taken either in the large dining room, or on the terrace overlooking the slopes. A hot or cold buffet breakfast is offered, and a variety of international dishes are served during a 3 course buffet meal in the evenings.
El Tarter is close to Soldeu, which is just 1.5 km away. They are both located in the heart of the Grandvalira ski area in Andorra. Together, they provide 210 km of pistes that are perfect for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers. The excellent ski school is manned by English-speaking instructors, ensuring you get the perfect start to your skiing experience. The El Tarter ski areas centre around a large beginner plateau, perfect for first time skiers. An extensive variety of red and blue runs exist for intermediate and advanced skiers to enjoy.
Ski Accommodation
All rooms are decorated in traditional style and furnished with wooden furniture. Rooms have lovely views of the ski slopes. Amenities include a private bathroom with bath or shower, WC and hairdryer. The living area has a TV with cable channels, telephone, radio, desk, heating and a sofa.
Meals
Meals can be taken in the large dining room or on the terrace overlooking the slopes. Breakfast is a variety of hot and cold dishes whilst dinner is a 3 course evening meal.
