About Hotel Gran Paradiso
The Hotel Gran Paradiso is a family-run business that is located on the edge of San Cassiano, close to the famous Armentarola run.
Blending traditional design with a raft of modern touches, the hotel is charming place from which to base yourself for a winter trip with a range of accommodation options to suit families, groups and couples alike. ALl of the rooms and suites have been tastefully decorated and provide plenty of space, whilst those with balconies provide stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
You can hit those mountains with ease thanks to the fact that the nearest ski lift is just 100m away, with the previously mentioned Armentarola coming to an end just over the road. A shuttle service operates to the wider area, including the heart of the resort itself.
The beautiful Sky Wellness Centre located on top of the hotel presents unique views of the stunning Dolomite mountains and features both an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as saunas, hot whirlpool and a gym. There is also the possibility of booking in for a massage to soothe any aching muscles.
The on site restaurant offers a range of tasty dishes both morning and evening, whilst the bar is a great place to relax with a drink.
Ski Accommodation
Guests have the choice of comfort of superior hotel rooms - the latter sleeping up to four people - as well as impressive garden suites that can sleep up to three people. Rooms come with LCD TV, safe, minibar, telephone and balcony as standard, with all having a king size bed.
Meals
A rich breakfast buffet each morning will set you up for a day on the slopes, with local produce being used in a range of hot and cold dishes. Each evening, the restaurant serves a wide range of dishes from a menu that includes a variety of starters, mains and desserts.
