About Hotel Garni Bracun
Hotel Garni Bracun is close to the resort centre of Corvara and about 8 minutes’ walk to the Boe gondola. The Bracun family who run the hotel, offer their guests 20 Alpine styled twin rooms decorated and furnished to a high standard and all have balconies.
The hotel also has a small wellness centre with sauna, Kneipp, steam room and a relaxation area. The terrace area has stunning views and there is a bar to enjoy a relaxing drink in after skiing all day.
The resort ski bus stops outside the hotel. Some of the non-ski activities in the resort include curling, indoor tennis courts, climbing wall, Nordic walking, cross country skiing and tandem paragliding.
Located on the Sella Ronda ski circuit in the Alta Badia region of the Dolomites, Corvara is a delightful village with easy access to the main slopes of the region including the famous Marmolada glacier.
Skiing in an around Corvara is suitable for all abilities, although it is more suited to beginners and intermediates. For beginners, the best place to go to is the Colfosco ski area where there are a lot of long blue runs that will build confidence amid some impressive mountain scenery. The Boe gondola connects all the main runs leading to the Sella Ronda circuit which has a large selection of long red runs that will keep intermediates occupied for some time.
