About Emerald Lake Lodge
Emerald Lake Lodge sits on the banks of Lake Emerald, around half an hour or so away from the heart of the popular ski resort of Lake Louise.
The lodge provides guests with a choice of well-appointed and stylish rooms that allow you to escape to the wilderness and avoid the crowds. With limited phone reception, you'll also be able to get away from any distractions and instead, focus on simply enjoying yourself in the most stunning of surroundings.
The lodge features a number of impressive dining options that include options where you can sample seasonal specialities that you are unlikely to find elsewhere, whilst you can enjoy a range of locally produced beers in the bar as well as a wide selection of single malt Scotch. The cellar also has more than 400 different wines - so you have plenty to choose from.
With its century-old fireplaces and an oak bar salvaged from an 1890’s Yukon saloon, there is no shortage of history within a hotel that stands apart from the rest.
Ski Accommodation
As the name suggests, accommodation comprises of a selection of lodges - with a total of 24 cabin style buildings available for guests to stay in spread across a 13 acre site. Rooms come with a stone fireplace and spacious seating area as standard, with some also including a balcony. The top room includes views across the lake and a whirlpool bath.
Meals
Open daily for breakfast and dinner, the restaurant on site provides the chance to sample stunning cuisine that includes seasonal local specialites such as elk and caribou. There is also a cafe where you can enjoy a range of quick bites such as pizza, sandwiches and soups.
