About Chalet Ours de Neige
Chalet Ours de Neige is a homely chalet located in a quiet area at the entrance to Courchevel Moriond (formerly Courchevel 1650). The location gives skiers the advantage of being able to choose where to ski – Moriond or Courchevel (formerly 1850) via Courchevel Village (formerly 1550). If you want to use the ski bus into the village centre, it stops opposite the chalet and runs every 20 minutes.
The ski school in the village is the largest in the Courchevel area. The bars and restaurants of the lovely resort of Courchevel Moriond are just 500 metres from the chalet.
The resort of Courchevel is made up of 4 main areas. Courchevel 1850, 1650, 1550 and 1300. Courchevel 1850 and 1650 are the main areas. Courchevel 1650 was originally a little village called Moriond, but as the area has developed over the years, so has 1650. It is located on the other side of the valley. The ski region that Courchevel is in is called The Three Valleys and is made up of 4 resorts. They are Courchevel, Meribel, Val Thorens and Les Menuires. Between them there is around 600 km of pistes to be skied.
Ski Accommodation
The chalet has a living area, dining area, open fireplace, twin beds, shower and a balcony with beautiful views.
Meals
A hearty breakfast is provided with a choice of a hot or cold option, a great way to start the day. After a day on the slopes, afternoon tea is served with homemade cake or biscuits as well as a hot drink. In the evening, a 3 course meal is served with unlimited wine until coffee is served.
