About Chalet Corniche
4 star Chalet Corniche has been built with families in mind. It is located just 100 metres from the resort centre and is opposite the children’s ski slope and 1-2 minutes from the Rosset chairlift and the Aeroski gondola. Skiing in Tignes is varied and is suitable for all levels of ability.
It is especially good for family holidays as the children’s ski area is on the doorstep and nursery slopes are nearby. Once you venture further afield, you can enjoy the Espace Killy ski area with over 300kms of pistes and some woodland runs with fantastic scenery.
Chalet Corniche has a children’s snug on the first floor with a TV/DVD player. In the evening, the same room is used for the Mini Cocoa Club. For the children, there is a Nursery, Snow Club, Cocoa Club and Mini Cocoa Club. Some of these facilities are in chalets Iceberg and Yosemite, but transport is provided. The sauna and Jacuzzi are the perfect place to relax in with a glass of bubbles after a long day on the slopes.
Ski Accommodation
Chalet Corniche has a sauna, steam room, hot tub and a relaxation area to use after a day on the slopes. It is also equipped with a small reception area, open plan dining/lounge area with a fireplace, kitchen, fridge, ski storage area with heated boot rack, double or twin beds, bath, shower and a balcony.
Meals
Each morning a buffet style breakfast is served with a choice of hot and cold dishes as well as fruit juices, tea and coffee. In the afternoons munch on a piece of homemade cake as you sip on a cup of tea or coffee. Dinner is a 4-course evening meal with a choice of dishes.
