About Chalet Choucas
Chalet Choucas is a lovely part brick and part traditional timber chalet that is located in the popular resort of La Rosiere in France. For those looking to ski most of your days, you will not be disappointed as the ski lifts and ski school are no further than 250 metres away and you can ski back as the slopes stop just 150 metres away. If you are wanting to go further, there is a shuttle bus, so you can see all that the resort has to offer.
The resort has many non-skiing activities and there are many beautiful snow trails nearby for guests to take a stroll and take in the magnificent surroundings, which can also be seen from the balconies of the chalet. The resort centre is 1.5 km from the chalet, where you can enjoy a choice of restaurants and bars to spend your evenings and most are open throughout the day, as well as the fabulous shops for a spot of retail therapy.
Chalet Choucas shares the same building as the Chalets Bizet, Belette, Moet and Marmotte and has easy access to the recently built bowling alley, cafe, restaurant, convenience store, bar and nightclub, which has all been built within the Balcons complex, in the heart of the small ski village Les Eucherts in La Rosiere.
The chalet’s interior is traditional with the traditional beams, wood paneling and exposed brickwork flowing through from the outside to inside and the open fire with surrounding sofas is a perfect spot to relax and unwind, whilst waiting for your chalet host to prepare one the variety of delicious cuisines that are on offer.
Ski Accommodation
Chalet Choucas has an open-plan living and dining area, floor to ceiling windows, twin beds, Jacuzzi bath and a large balcony.
Meals
Breakfast is provided with the option of a cooked breakfast or a continental choice. Afternoon tea is served with unlimited tea or coffee accompanied with a slice of homemade cake. Dinner is a 4-course meal with canapes and an aperitif followed by an appetiser, main course and dessert, completed with coffee and chocolates.
