About Chalet Campanula
Chalet Campanula is a new chalet apartment located in the centre of Plagne Soleil and commands a sunny position with the piste a mere 100 metres away. The ‘La Bergerie’ lift is a 500-metre ski down one of the two blue runs Saint Esprit or Melezes. The ski school, resort centre, shops and restaurants are just 300 metres away.
La Plagne is a resort made up of 10 different villages ranging in altitude from 1800m up to 3250m, each having their own style and individuality. La Plagne links to Les Arcs using the Vanoise Express and makes up the impressive Paradiski ski area, a 425km ski and snowboard paradise.
Skiing choices in the connecting resorts are plentiful with nursery slopes next to each village and easy runs between each centre. Each of the villages offer at least one free ski lift for beginners to learn the basics before using the main ski lifts. Intermediates are spoilt for choice with over 70% of blue and red runs. The main Plagne Centre bowl offers gentle blue runs and Les Sources favourite red run is from Roche de Mio, back to Belle Plagne.
Expert skiers will enjoy the challenges of the black runs on the Plagne Bellecote glacier and the scenic tree-lined runs from Aime La Plagne past Plagne 1800. A selection of runs, suitable for all standards of skier, make La Plagne an ideal ski location for groups or families.
Ski Accommodation
Chalet Campanula is furnished with twin or king size beds, living area, stove, hot tub, bathroom and a balcony.
Meals
A good healthy breakfast is the best way to start your day on the slopes. Fresh bread, cereals, porridge, yoghurt, preserves, eggs and unlimited tea, coffee and fruit juice is available. A hot option includes poached eggs, sausages, tomatoes and hash browns with croissants and pain au chocolat. After a hard days skiing, what better than a slice of freshly baked cake or biscuits and tea or coffee on your return. In the evening, aperitifs and canapes are followed by a mouth-watering 4-course dinner including a cheeseboard and ending with coffee and after dinner chocolates.
