The Best Western Hotel Alpen Resort is located in Zermatt and has been decorated with traditional wood furnishings and a comfortable atmosphere.
It is just a 5 minute walk to the centre of the resort where you can enjoy the bars and shops, whilst a shuttle bus operates to the Klein Matterhorn lift. A ski bus stop and Sunnegga Metro are 2 minutes walk away.
Guests can make use of the swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and Turkish bath after a long day on the slopes, and there is a fitness centre for those who want a quick workout - with massages available for a fee.
Breakfast and dinner are served in the main restaurant and guests can catch up with friends in the wood panelled lounge and bar area.
