About Banff Park Lodge
Hotel Banff Park Lodge is in the centre of town and is one of the top hotels in Banff. A lot of the hotel has been refurbished and looks fantastic. The swimming pool, hot tubs and other spa areas have all undergone upgrades, as have the modern bedrooms. The hotel sleeps up to 422 guests in 211 rooms, all fully equipped.
Hotel Banff Park Lodge is also located close to the Bow River. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
The ski bus stop is nearby, taking tourist to the three ski areas. Banff is the main link town of the ski areas of Banff Mount Norquay, Sunshine Village and Lake Louise, which together offer more than 200 runs covering 125 miles of skiable slopes. Offering a variety of terrain, this area is suitable for all abilities of skier, with gentle nursery slopes for the beginner, intermediate runs and longer, black runs for those wishing to show off their expertise.
Banff lies in the heart of the Canadian Rocky Mountains and tourists can wonder at the magnificent scenery and views throughout the area.
